Camila is part of the Firm since 2022, however, before obtaining her law degree in 2014, Camila had already worked for the firm for a period of nearly two years.

She currently provides advise to clients in civil, corporate, contractual and regulatory matters besides her labour practice.

Camila specializes and has vast experience in labour law, advising local and international clients in all matters related thereto, including litigation, social security, security in the workplace, design and implementation of company restructurings, among other.

Prior to joining Irrazabal & Asociados, Camila worked in Pérez del Castillo & Asociados and Ferrere Abogados, in the latter as part of the Labour Department of said firm, actively taking part in diverse out of court and litigation matters of high complexity. She then worked as solo practitioner, advising companies, civil associations and other law firms in labour matters.

Camila has also been assistant professor of Labour Law at the Universidad de la República for three years.
