Mónica is a founding partner of the Firm.

She is a lawyer with more than 22 years of experience advising clients in labor and corporate matters and was a conciliator at the Labor Conflicts Center of the Ministry of Labor.

She trained and worked in another law firm specialized in labor law to finally be incorporated into the Firm as partner.

Mónica has enormous experience advising clients in labor law both in conflict avoidance as in dealing with labor conflicts. Moreover, she has excelled in giving commercial advice in diverse contracts, as well as to reach amicable solutions to corporate problems.

She obtained her degree in law and as a notary public at the Law School of the Universidad Católica del Uruguay. She has been invited to lecture on leadership, motivation and professional development and written papers and reviews for several legal magazines. She is part of the Commercial Law Committee of the Uruguayan Notaries Organization and of the Women Entrepreneur Organization of Uruguay (OMEU).
