We have taken part in the inception of the main wind and solar farms in Uruguay, advising clients in contracts such as: EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance), BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) and CTA (Common Terms Agreement).
